Quit Smoking - Free Android Application Helping with Cigarettes Cravings

Quit Smoking is a widget app that helps you gradually to cut down amount on daily smoked cigarettes and decrease your dependency on tobacco in the period when you decided to quit but before you actually quit.

Each individual's step-down program is calculated based on statistical data from users, and it's continuously adjusted to your specific smoking pattern. When you get the urge to smoke, you hit the red “smoke” button. The app then asks you what your urge and stress level are, asks if you can wait, and logs the event. It also tracks your daily smoking quota. It’s a different approach than QuitNow! and it might work better for those who can’t quit cold turkey.

  • Time elapsed since last smoking.

  • The absence of smoking graph is the main difference between this widget and Standard. If you decided to look at your graph, you can do that in the application.
